Event Planning Consultation

With this package, our professionals will assess your event needs during a 2 hour consultation session. This includes data collecting, and an in depth overview of your expectations. This step is crucial to the success of any event. We are here to listen and absorb the details.  If you are interested in having us make some recommendations and take part in making planning arrangements. Event Planning Coordination
"Here Every Step Of The Way"

This package allows our coordinators to be available every step of the way for your event. On site, hands on and very much involved in the physical aspect of your event no matter where you are in the planning process. We are here to oversee site plans, working with vendors, review contracts and ensuring that the 3 step process has been fulfilled. This package is intended for those who are unable to attend to finer details and simply just do not have the time. We execute the event from start to finish and ensure all of your requirements have been met. This does not include the day of event coordination.

LUXE Event Planning Package
"Putting Words To Action"

This package includes reviewing financials and putting the “how” to achieving your goals and expectations. Before any event commences, knowing your current financial status and additional costs associated with your event that may occur is also a crucial factor.
A minimum retainer is required upon moving forward with your event. Once all details are ironed out, we can now put plans into action. This planning process particularly only involves preparing an event outline. If you wish to hire our event planners for a full coordination package, see below the additional options. These steps could take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to complete with a series of meetings to ensure we fully communicate and guide you in the right direction. We also complete a timeline for you to follow so we know we are all on the right track.
