Months in advance Jeff Easton & Gold Club Events started the planning process for what was going to be one of the biggest events of the year in Kingston, Ontario. Event was held at The Ale House, in the hub of Kingston's busiest night life strip. As per any major event in the making, there are some serious obstacles that often come into effect. Stress levels were at an all time high just thinking about packing this place! Planning a New Year's Eve party isn't easy, especially when you need over 500 + people to make an event of this caliber worth while attending. Gold Club Events even went as far as creating custom life size professional dance cubes for all 10 dancers that came all the way from Toronto for a spectacular choreographed event! The outfits themselves cost over $2000 filled with glittering crystals, salon styled white wigs and polished makeup made these dancers the life of the party! Not too many people really understand the insanity that goes on behind the scenes of planning events like this. The list would make you scratch your eyes out! Everything from planning perfection (or at least thinking its perfect) to day of horror's happening right in front of your eyes. When we entered into the Ale after the design team showed up, it was more than bare. Yes walls were covered, couches were all set up and don't get me wrong you can still have an amazing time but the small details were missing. Thanks to Rodney Easton, Jeff Easton & Erin Finn who worked around the clock that day to make sure the finer details were set in place. Sometimes not everything will work in your favor, you really need to have a certain level of patience in order to survive. A special thanks to Cher at Slate Studios who provided exceptional makeup and hair for the event dancers & models, niche limos Toronto, Miss.Social Entertainment Models & Staff and everyone who came to show support at our events!
